Muslins are great for using as nappies when your baby is newborn. There are several different ways of folding them, then you simply secure with a nappy nippa and pop a waterproof wrap over the top. 

Because you should change a newborn every 2-3 hours, most people find a muslin more than enough absorbency. If you require more absorbency you can simply pop a booster in too!
